Getting Started with nsKnox Account Validation
Welcome to your nsKnox account validation portal. Your customer has partnered with nsKnox to protect your future payments against cyber-enabled fraud and payment diversion. This is a one-time, cyber-grade verification of your banking details - it does not affect your invoices, your payment schedule, or your relationship with your customer's accounts payable team.
Below are the questions vendors ask us most often as they get started.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. Why can’t I just send a bank statement or voided check?
Documents like bank letters, statements, and W-9s are easy to forge. Instead, our process uses a cyber-grade, technology-based method that relies on reliable, non-manipulatable banking data to confirm you're the true account holder.
Q2. Does nsKnox handle my invoices or payments?
No. nsKnox is an independent account validation provider. While your customer has engaged us to verify your banking details, we're not involved in invoicing, payment processing, or your customer's accounts payable schedule.
Q3. What should I do if I'm unable to register on the nsKnox portal?
If you run into technical issues or can't complete registration online, we can manually process your validation through our Offline Validation Process.
Open a support form to our team with the following information:
• Company details: your full legal company name and registered business address.
• Tax identifier: your official corporate Tax ID (such as EIN, VAT, or GST number).
• Banking credentials: your complete wiring instructions, including bank name, account number/IBAN, and SWIFT/bank code.
• Account currency: the primary currency of the bank account you're registering (e.g., USD, EUR, GBP).
Q4. Why do I need to validate my account with nsKnox?
Your customer has engaged nsKnox to protect your payments against cyber-enabled fraud. Validation ensures funds are deposited only into your verified account, protecting both you and your customer from payment diversion.
Q5. Is this a recurring requirement?
No. This is a one-time-only transaction. Once your account is validated, you won't be asked to revalidate the same account unless your banking details change.
Q6. I need to set up nsKnox as a “Vendor” in my system to send the transfer. Where do I get your details?
Most of the details you need are included in the instructions attached to your original registration email. If you require a formal W-9 (US entities), a VAT certificate, or our full wiring instructions to set us up in your ERP or accounting system, contact our support team and we'll promptly provide our corporate and banking credentials.
Q7. How do I schedule a phone call with nsKnox?
Book a time that works for you using the nsKnox Call Scheduler. Select your time zone and an available slot, and you'll receive a confirmation email with the meeting details.
Q8. What if I can’t find a time that works for my time zone?
Our scheduler covers a wide range of global business hours. If you still can't find a suitable time, reply to our latest email and we'll do our best to coordinate a manual appointment with one of our specialists.
