# Region-Specific Transfer Requirements

Some regions have local banking rules or capital controls that add an extra step to your validation transfer. Find your region below.

**Q1. I’m a vendor with an account in China and my bank is blocking the transfer.**

We can provide a Service Agreement or a Formal Invoice to help your bank authorize the international transfer. [Reach out to our team](https://47jqs.share.hsforms.com/2Bw5Wf-VnTEqjPF9p6o3nPg) with your company details and we'll generate the documentation you need.

**Q2. I’m a vendor with an account in India and my bank is blocking the transfer. What should I do?**

We can provide a Service Agreement or Formal Invoice to help your bank clear the international transfer. If required for compliance or tax purposes, we can also provide Form 10F or a “No PE” (Permanent Establishment) declaration. **Q3. My account is in the United Kingdom. Can I use my sort code and account number to send the validation transfer?**

No. The validation transfer must be sent via SEPA or wire transfer using your IBAN. Sending via sort code and account number instead of the IBAN routes the payment through a different method and won't meet the requirements needed to validate your account.

**Q4. What is a “Clave De Rastreo” for transfers in Mexico?**

For Mexican transfers, we require this unique alphanumeric reference number (10–30 characters) to locate your transaction. Contact your bank to retrieve this code if it's not shown on your receipt.
