Sending International Transfers: Currency & SWIFT
nsKnox does not maintain a local bank account in every country, which is why international validations typically require a SWIFT transfer. Our receiving accounts are multi-currency, so you don't need to convert funds yourself before sending.
Q1. What currency should I send?
You can send the transfer in your local currency - our accounts are multi-currency. If you're asked for a specific USD equivalent, send the approximate amount in your local currency.
Q2. Why am I being asked for an international SWIFT transfer?
Because nsKnox doesn't hold a local bank account in your country, an international SWIFT transfer is required to complete the validation.
