Troubleshooting Your Transfer, Bank Letters & Refunds
If your bank or finance team needs extra documentation to approve your transfer - or you're wondering whether nsKnox refunds the test amount - this article covers it.
Q1. Will nsKnox refund the transfer?
In most cases (a direct transfer), the small amount is a non-refundable verification fee. If your bank's minimum transfer limit forced you to send more than our requested test amount, we'll refund the difference - but we don't refund bank-imposed transaction fees.
Q2. I need an invoice or supporting documents to authorize the transfer. What should I do?
We're happy to provide documentation to support your bank's approval process - this is common for vendors in regions with strict capital controls, such as China or India. Send us an email with:
• Your full company name and address.
• Any specific details your company requires on the invoice.
• If you're in India, whether you need Form 10F or a “No PE” certificate.
Q3. How do I get a bank letter?
A bank letter is a standard request that most commercial banks fulfill in minutes:
1. Online banking (fastest): Log into your corporate banking portal and search for “Account Verification Letter,” “Bank Letter,” or “Proof of Account.” Many banks let you generate a PDF instantly.
2. Contact your relationship manager: Call your bank's commercial customer service line or your dedicated representative and request a standard Account Verification Letter.
3. Visit a local branch: A representative can print, sign, and stamp the letter on the spot.
